Need a breath of fresh air and some mom‑time? Join the Mom Walk Club every Thursday from 10–11 AM at Haven Farm (8521 Buffaloe Rd, Knightdale). It’s a gentle walk around the property—bring your stroller, baby carrier (or even your pup!), and enjoy an hour of unpaved trails in a calm, supportive setting. Best of all: it’s completely free, with no registration required. A lovely way to get moving, meet local moms, and recharge in nature.
